Keeping up our vibes is important for our over-all health and well-being and it’s equally important for creating and manifesting at our highest capacity.
As everything is energy and vibes at a specific frequency, the question to ask ourselves is WHAT IS THE FREQUENCY SIGNAL I WANT TO BE VIBING AT? So if I want more kindness in my life then I want to feel and align to the frequency of kindness (feeling it) as often as I can to train the maintenance of this vibe or ‘note’.
From a holistic perspective, we operate as a whole being-mind/body/spirit. There is no separation, just the illusion of separation. So keeping our vibes up requires us to consider a few different elements. One of these elements is our emotional state. It’s important that we try and allow ourselves to feel what is coming up. So if we are experiencing sadness, feel into it. Breathe into it. Emotion is energy in motion and when an emotion arises it’s seeking resolution or transmutation. If we can lean into it, it will lighten or even completely dissolve. Then new space opens up and we can then redirect to the vibe we want to replace that sadness, or whatever we’ve just processed with.
Our mental outlook and perspective is also extremely important. What we think and believe becomes our reality. So practicing to see things from different perspectives can change or derail some of our sabotaging thought patterns. Affirmations can be powerful aids especially when used in the present tense. Such as I AM CALM AND CONFIDENT. The subconscious can be retrained and upon hearing that statement enough can start to adjust accordingly. Questioning our beliefs also gives us an opportunity to explore whether some of those beliefs are still serving us or not. If not then we can choose to replace them.
Our immune system is a highly sophisticated intelligence that we can support by getting adequate vitamin d and c. Physically moving our bodies to stimulate the lymph along with dry lymph brushing are excellent practices to implement as well.
The thymus gland is a part of our immune system. (located in the chest area just above the sternum) Tapping this a few times a day can stimulate the thymus gland and thereby the immune system. Supplementing with St. Francis deep immune is also beneficial for added support. And of course getting enough rest and sleep will always facilitate the immune system to be working at its best.
Much love, light, vitality and high vibes.
